We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the personal nature of our products, we only offer refunds under specific circumstances.
You are only eligible for a refund if:

You are willing to return your order to us for inspection.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or opened items due to hygiene reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
